Before joining KAPS, he held senior leadership positions at globally recognised organisations, including Havas, Rediffusion SmartMedia, ibibo, PVR Limited, dentsu, Cheil Communications, Trikaya Grey, and Anthem Communications. He also successfully ran his own social media marketing consultancy for over seven years, delivering impactful campaigns for leading brands such as Domino's Pizza, OLX, Cadbury, Dairy Milk, Silk, Kurkure, Happydent, Mentos, Dunkin' Donuts, and Bausch + Lomb. As former Head of Social at Havas, he led digital and social media strategies for major brands including Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, Magicbricks, Voltas Air Conditioners, and TOTO Luxury Bath Spaces, and later joined Rediffusion SmartMedia as Senior Vice President, leading the agency's digital business across North and East India.
